What you get

From time records to filed returns in one place

Import attendance, compute, review and approve, then pay and file. Nothing is typed twice and every figure traces back to its source.

Attendance to pay

Time records become pay by the DOLE rules

Import time records from a spreadsheet or biometric export. Lates, undertime, overtime, rest days, holidays and night hours become pay automatically.

  • Exceptions flagged before you approve
  • A run is approved before it is finalized
  • Bank and e-wallet files per run, plus a cash payroll sheet
Payslips with the math shown

Every worker can see how their pay was computed

Each earning and deduction says how it was computed. Workers sign in to see their own payslips, contributions and BIR Form 2316, so fewer questions reach HR.

  • Payslips emailed as PDFs
  • Contribution history for each worker
  • Form 2316 ready at year end
Government filings

The files each agency accepts, ready when they are due

BIR Form 1601-C every month, Form 2316 for every employee and the 1604-C annual return with the alphalist file, checked against the BIR validator rules. The SSS R3 file, the PhilHealth upload and ER2 report, and the Pag-IBIG MCRF.

  • Due dates from your own employer numbers
  • Reminders before each deadline
  • SSS and Pag-IBIG loan remittance lists

13th month and final pay

13th month pay under PD 851, final pay with separation and leave conversion, and the year-end tax annualization.

Roles and approvals

Owners, HR, payroll officers and approvers each see what they need, and every change is in the audit log.

Filing due dates come from your own employer numbers, and reminders arrive before each one.

Ready for inspection

One download gathers payroll registers, payslips, contribution lists and filings for a DOLE or BIR visit.

Questions

Which government tables does Payslip.ph use?

The 2026 rules: the SSS schedule at 15% with the provident fund above ₱20,000 of salary credit, PhilHealth at 5% of basic salary between ₱10,000 and ₱100,000, Pag-IBIG at 2% of up to ₱10,000, and the BIR withholding tables in force since January 2023. Tables are dated, so past payrolls keep the rules that applied to them.

Does Payslip.ph file to the BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG for me?

It produces the files and forms each agency accepts, such as the 1601-C, the alphalist, the SSS R3 file and the Pag-IBIG MCRF, and shows the steps to upload them. The government portals do not offer a way for software to file directly, so the upload is done by your staff.

Do you hold or move our payroll money?

No. Payslip.ph creates the bank or e-wallet file and you send it from your own account. Your money never passes through us.

Can our workers see their payslips?

Yes. Each worker can sign in to see and download their payslips, their contribution history and their BIR Form 2316. You can also email payslips as PDFs.

What happens to our data if we stop?

You can export everything at any time. Our privacy policy explains how long records are kept, since payroll records must be retained by law.
